Contract awarded for process harmonization and standardization (futurekis) sap is-h and oracle cerner i.s.h.med are used as a hospital information system (kis) in the university hospital. in september 2022, the support of is-h was abandoned by sap. the support from sap ends officially in 2027 and can be extended for a maximum of 2030. the oracle cerner company has also announced the end of i.s.h.med (end-of-life). the kis represents the central element in the management of the clinics and patient care and manages all clinic processes and interfaces. the functional priorities are in the area of ??patient data management and billing, organizational support, as well as clinical documentation. due to the central importance of the kis, is-h and i.s.h.med should be replaced promptly by (one) follow-up product (e). the dismissal of is-h and the end of i.s.h.med results in the review of the kis strategy and the associated processes. the client therefore plans to analyze, harmonize and optimize the internal clinic processes before the succession product was introduced. with this careful analysis and harmonization of the process landscape, essential foundations for a successful introduction of the hospital information system are created. this is the subject of the present tender. the aim is to award these services based on an economic offer. the performance features specified in this service description are to be understood as requirements for the service to be provided and the basis for the evaluation of the offers. value of the result: winner selection date : 24/03/2025 date of conclusion of the contract :24/03/2025 estimated value excluding vat :.process harmonization and standardization (futurekis)
