Contract awarded for Announcement of the outcome of the proceedings deliveries delivery of a 64-bit integrated development environment (ide) for the military institute of communications - national research institute Indicative contract value: 1) the subject of the order is the supply of a 64-bit integrated development environment (IDE) for the military communications institute - state research institute, 2) the subject of the order must meet the following requirements: a) must be authorized by the software manufacturer to grant licenses; b) the license may not impose additional fees on the ordering party related to the implementation of the subject of the order; c) granting permission to use the software must include the right to install and use it independently, free of charge; d) the ordering party will provide the end user of the subject of the order at the stage of signing the contract, e) granting the ordering party permission to use the software indefinitely and must include the right to independent, free installation and the right to update; f) licenses must allow for free transfer between workstations (e.g. in the event of replacement or damage to equipment), g) licenses must include the right to (for a period of at least 2 years) free installation of updates, critical and optional patches provided by the software manufacturer, h) the software offered must be in the Polish language version with the possibility of switching the language version of the interface to other languages, including English, i) the ordering party allows the contractor to offer products that meet all specified technical requirements, but with broader (additional) functionality than the one described, j) the contractor will provide the ordering party with protection against claims of a third party for infringement of copyright by the offered product, in the event of immediate notification of the contractor or the ordering party about the compensation claim.Announcement of the outcome of the proceedings deliveries delivery of a 64-bit integrated development environment (ide) for the military institute of communications - national research institute at Not Classified,Not Classified,Poland
