Ata maintenance works in npos area 2024 at fact-cd, ambalamedu lt motor maintenance during ata: this work consist of thoroughly cleaning motor cooling fins and fan, opening of terminal box, motor health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist, repairing of any damaged terminations and refixing terminal covers., lt motor feeder module servicing during ata: this work consist of thoroughly cleaning of lt mcc module & switchgears, module health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist and repairing/replacing any damaged terminations or switchgears., ht motor maintenance during ata: this work consist of thoroughly cleaning motor coolers and fan, opening of terminal box, motor health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist, repairing of any damaged terminations and refixing terminal covers., ht motor panel maintenance during ata: this work consist of panel and circuit breaker health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist and repairing/replacing any damaged terminations or switchgears., transformer maintenance during ata: this work consist of thoroughly cleaning transformer , opening of terminal box, transformer health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist, topping up of transformer oil if necessary, repairing of any damaged terminations and refixing terminal covers. treating/changing of silica gel if necessary., ht transformer panel maintenance during ata : this work consist of panel and circuit breaker health assessment as per preventive maintenance checklist and repairing/replacing any damaged terminations or switchgears., ht panel maintenance during ata : this work consists of inspection and cleaning of 11 kv, 3.3 kv panel sections and circuit breakers located in substations such as central substations, np plant, barge, bulk and ammonia handling plant under the supervision and guidance of fact staff. the scope of work includes opening the panel covers, through cleaning, tightness checking of electrical connections, fixing back the covers and servicing of breakers, testing of control circuits/relays and other associated electrical works., lt mcc/pmcc sections maintenance during ata : this work consists of inspection, repair and cleaning of lt panel single vertical section located in substations such as np plant, barge, bulk, ammonia handling plant and in bagging plant under the supervision and guidance of fact staff. the scope of work includes opening the panel covers, through cleaning, tightness checking of electrical connections, fixing back the covers and servicing of breakers, testing of control circuits/relays and other associated electrical works., lt busduct maintenance during ata : this work consist of removal of 1.5/2 mva transformer secondary side busduct sheet, through cleaning of lt busbars and busbar supporting insulators, re-fixing busduct sheets. , conveyor maintenance during ata : this work includes cleaning, lubricating and servicing of pull chord switches, belt sway switches and zero speed switches of np product and rm conveyors. checking the operation of interlocks., capacitor bank maintenance during ata : this work includes cleaning of the bushings of ht capacitors, rvt, reactors, cable end terminations, bus supporters etc. and treating/changing of reactor breather silica gel. , trouble shooting / wiring of lt & ht control panels during ata : the work includes fixing and wiring of din rails, mcb, isolators, contactors, relays, timers, control transformers, smps and necessary components in control panels, trouble shooting of control wiring, rectifying the faults., cable termination / jointing during ata : temporary jointing of power and control cables in npos area .,
