Contract awarded for fruit, vegetables, potatoes; mjölby and motala the procurement includes the two municipalities~ needs for fresh vegetables, fruit, berries, root vegetables and potatoes, this also includes peeled and prepared vegetables, root vegetables and potatoes. the municipalities intend to serve seasonal goods during the contract period as well as other goods that have local roots and are of great importance for the development of local producers and business. some part of the procuring authorities~ purchases of foodstuffs requested in this procurement will be directly procured. thus, the framework agreement does not imply exclusivity. the two municipalities undertake to purchase 93% of the invoiced value for fresh vegetables, fruit, berries, root vegetables and potatoes through the supplier awarded the framework contract through this procurement. certain smaller amounts of vegetables and herbs are grown by the municipalities as part of the educational or social responsibility that rests with the municipalities. the scope of the agreement may change due to the dismantling or addition of units within the municipality. no guarantees can be given on volumes or opportunities to get a certain number of assignments. for motala municipality, potatoes, carrots and white cabbage are procured directly for eight of the municipality~s kitchens. when the farms in the direct agreement run out of their harvest or a smaller quantity is needed, these products will be traded from this agreement. value of the result:? winner selection date :? 12/04/2024 date of conclusion of the contract :23/04/2024 estimated value excluding vat : .fruit, vegetables, potatoes; mjölby and motala
